东南网澳大利亚站7月20日综合报道（本站记者 彭寒） 美国东部时间7月19日晚，美国共和党正式提名唐纳德·特朗普(Donald Trump)为2016年美国大选总统候选人。

在全美共计2446张共和党代表选票中，Trump赢得了1725张，从而击败其他的党内对手，正式取得了前往白宫的又一项阶段性胜利。

作为房地产大亨，如今的政界新人，Trump在正式赢得总统提名之后对他的支持者们说：“我们会让美国重新变得伟大。”

Trump的对手，几乎已经确定获得民主党最终提名的前第一夫人希拉里·克林顿（Hillary Clinton）于第一时间在社交媒体中发表了她的回应，“现在让我们一起努力别让特朗普去白宫吧。”

根据19日公布的Reuters/Ipsos民调显示，43%的潜在选民支持希拉里，36%支持特朗普，两者之间的差距已经从上周的15%拉近至7%。

尽管中国和中国商品一直以来都是特朗普的“重点攻击对象”，他指责中国人偷走美国人的工作岗位，威胁要增加对中国商品增收关税，但有分析指出，中国应该更担心希拉里最终胜出。

作为曾经的国务卿，希拉里是现任总统奥巴马“转向亚洲”政策的主要推进者，而该政策一直被普遍认为是美国遏制中国的手段。

Donald Trump has been formally endorsed as Republican Nominee for 2016 US presidency, after pulling up 1725 national delegates votes out of 2446, in the national convention of Republican Party.

The roller-coaster campaign finally ended up favoring the real estate billionaire over his 16 other rivals from the White House.

“Let’s make America great again.” Said Donald Trump following his victory.

Hillary Clinton, Trump’s possible democratic rival responded quickly by tweeting “Chip in now to make sure he never steps foot in the Oval Office”.

Reuters/Ipsos poll has found a reduced margin, from last week’s 15% to 7% at the moment, between the two major candidates over the past week, where Hillary has been leading in this particular poll since its very first survey.
