东南网澳大利亚站9月5日讯(本站记者 林佳慧)9月2日下午,伯乐国际集团在悉尼主办了一场以“提升企业核心竞争力”为主题的华人企业研讨会。作为主讲人,中国东方航空公司大洋洲总经理张笑西,通过其公司的真实案例现身说法,为到场的在澳中资企业负责人讲解:如何在澳洲法律环境中建立一个安全合法的人力资源管理体系。

研讨会上,张笑西提出,作为大型中资企业,尤其是在全世界都有分支部门的中资背景企业,了解并熟悉当地的劳工法是提升企业核心竞争力的基础。在大多数的英联邦国家,商业法和公司法是相通的,但每一个地区的劳工法则有不同的规定。在澳大利亚,对于不同行业中包括招聘员工、签署合同、裁员和解雇等在内的几乎每一个环节,劳工法都有明确规定。如今越来越多的中资企业为发展市场走出国门,最重要的还是要“走本土化,按规矩办事”,为中资企业树立良好的品牌名誉。

会上,来自其他中资企业的负责人也就关于澳洲劳工法的问题表达了自己的想法和意见。伯乐集团负责人也向与会嘉宾介绍了澳洲劳工法的基本框架和可能在雇佣关系中遇到的问题,讨论气氛十分热烈,活动取得了良好的效果。

Workshop:To enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in Australia held successfully

On the afternoon of 2nd September, a workshop with the theme of ‘To enhance the core competitiveness of Enterprises’ was held by Polyglot Group in Sydney. Keynote Speaker, Kathy Zhang, the General Manager of Oceania region, China Eastern Airlines, made a speech about how to establish a safe and legal Human Resource System under the Australian Law environment.
In the workshop, Kathy Zhang had introduced her own experiences of dealing with law suits under the Australian Labor Act. Kathy Zhang mentioned the cooperated relationship between China Eastern Airlines and Polyglot Group. The representatives from other Chinese enterprises in Australia had also revealed their opinions and questions.
